Growing up in a family that has been in this industry for three generations, the owner, Justin Michael, lives and breathes the glass business. He has prior experience as a plant manager for a wholesale glass company right here in Georgia. Justin then returned to the retail glass business in 2014, launching "Lake Country Glass & Mirror."

   

He leads an awesome group of employees, including a team of installers; Jesse Slaughter (Head Installer), Graeme Brook (Outside Sales), and Jeffery Waller.  With ten years of experience under their belts, they constantly work together to make sure any and every project is handled with efficiency, integrity, and excellence. 
     

In addition to his installers, Justin is also aided by his Inside sales office staff, Leigh Winkler & Will Fowlkes. The essence of teamwork is very strong in and out of the office because we believe in the value of extraordinary work ethic and customer service!
